
Dave is the founder and Managing Director of S4P Coaching Limited. His coaching journey started 25 years ago in Rugby League. In a coaching career spanning 18 years he coached at every level from grassroots to International and was part of the Rugby Football League’s World Class Development Coaching Programme.
In 2004 Dave gained a Master of Science Degree in Sports Coaching at Brunel University. He then spent two years lecturing, at Brunel, in Sports Coaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. During this time Dave was able to work with coaches and performers from many sports in the field of performance. For the past four years he has been working with individuals and teams in business and lifestyle performance.
Dave is a full member or the Association for Coaching and has obtained coaching accreditations recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Dave is currently coaching clients from both Lifestyle and Business sectors.
Andy works with S4P Coaching as an Associate.
After a successful career in the military, serving with both Airborne and Special Forces, Andy took the skills acquired in this environment and applied them into competitive sport.
He quickly showed an ability to pursue excellence by being appointed to the coaching staff of the Great Britain Rugby League National camps within 2 years of qualifying as a registered coach. His ability to develop new and established players, as well as managing support staff, lead to his appointment into the professional game.
He has a wealth of coaching experience in a large number of sports but has also established a number of consultancy roles with companies such as Coca-Cola UK and G4S. His experience in leadership and individual and team development have been extremely beneficial to the staff within these organisations.

Rita works with S4P Coaching as an Associate.
She has worked primarily in the financial sector, spending the last 10 years of her career specialising in Learning and Development. Her previous roles have included managing over 70 staff in a customer services environment and the design and delivery of Learning and Development for 750 staff across 21 sites. During this time she has coached individuals at all levels in their careers from trainee managers to senior directors.
Working now as a Consultant and NVQ Assessor, she works with various organisations in the Retail Financial Services arena. She is the Resident Coach for Plan International and has a portfolio of clients that she coaches.
She is a practitioner in the use of both the Myers Briggs type indicator and The British Psychological Society (level B) personality questionnaire which she uses as an aid to coaching and developing individuals. Rita is also a qualified teacher of adults in further education, working with individuals who wish to become coaches..
She coaches both individuals and groups who are committed to making positive changes in their lives/businesses. In particular specialising in organisational change,want to make positive changes in their lives
She has lived in Hayes, Kent for the last four years having been brought up in East London. She is married to Shaun and has a son, Patrick.
